ECR's 1 Year On-Site Desktop System WarrantyEvery ECR Desktop Computer you purchase carries a full 1 Year On-Site Warranty, absolutely free. If you have any problems with your computer, just call us and we will come to you.* Not satisfied with just one year? Buy up to two more years for only $59 per year, per computer!You can view our warranty here. *Within Knox County, Ohio, at discretion of management.
Notebook System WarrantyEvery notebook system we sell comes with a comprehensive 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Should any problems arise with your Notebook, Our manufacturer's knowledgeable technical support will be able to assist you. If you don't feel comfortable contacting the manufacturer directly, let us know and we will handle it for you.
ECR's 30 Day Service WarrantyEvery computer repaired in our Service Department is covered for 30 days against malfunction in the area we repaired. If it stops working or isn't right, bring it back within 30 days of your last service and we will make it right, free of charge.
Looking For Hardware Drivers?We cannot provide drivers for our computers on our website. However, we can provide them to you via e-mail, on CD-ROM, or install them personally, upon request. | ||||||||||||||||||||
