Get Remote Support!


Having problems? Call us for remote support!

Just download a file and get live remote control of your computer from one of our trained technicians!

It's easy! Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Call ECR at 740-392-9246, Option 8, Extension 2151.
  2. Let us know your specific issue and ask for remote support.
  3. Agree to any service rates that may apply:
    • $40 minimum charge, up to 30 minutes.
    • $20 for each additional 15 minutes.
    • Billable time begins once we initiate connection to your computer, and ends once we disconnect from your computer.
    • Service fees may be waived by the technician, depending on circumstances.
    • Warranty services provided via Remote Support are free of charge.
    • Service Contract customers receive Remote Suppport service free of charge.
  4. Download and run our support module.

  5. When the program runs, double click on the name of the technician you are speaking with.

  6. Thats It: You will see us take control of your computer, and propmtly fix the problem!

Remember, please call us first before downloading and using this program.

Service charges may apply. The technician will inform you of these charges, if any, before initiating connection.

Have A Service Contract With Us?

The method of Remote Support for Service Contract customers may be different than listed here. Your Remote Support may be facilitated by Microsoft Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, VNC, Symantec PCAnywhere, LogMeIn, or other means. Many Service Contract customers will not need to use the Support Module listed here.
