Our business is totally computerized. We depend on a network server which links 10 workstations in one location and a network of 3 workstations in another. We rely upon our network for work production and internal communication, as well as external communication with our clients. When our system is down, our business grinds to a halt. ECR has designed, constructed and maintained our system for a number of years. It works! When we have a problem, ECR understands that we need to be up and running immediately and we can count on a service technician knowledgeable with our system responding promptly and working, over the night if necessary, to get us up and running. We consider ECR a valuable member of our team.

I was completely satisfied with the courtesy, knowledge, timeliness and patience of the technicians I dealt with during my recent need for computer/internet assistance. I have had several occasions to utilize such service with ECR, and have always been totally satisfied in every aspect. In this day of usually receiving less than we expect, it is always refreshing to discover there are still "service" departments and people who actually deliver service, as well as all the positive aspects of kindness, courtesy, knowledge and respect.
