From there, ECR grew quickly and moved from its original location to a small office near Apple Valley within months. In 1997 ECR purchased a property in Mount Vernon. Constant growth necessitated the opening of our current location on Harcourt Road. ECR currently offers Dial-Up Internet accesss, Internet Phone service, computer sales and service, and complete web site development services.
